Anna van Nunen grew up as a passionate music lover, a foundation that has shaped her professional journey. Today, she serves as the Managing Director of Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS), Europe's leading platform for emerging music talent, where she combines her entrepreneurial spirit with her dedication to the cultural sector. Before ESNS, Anna has been involved in both the startup- and scaleup ecosystem as well as the cultural sector. Driven by her concern for climate change and her belief that innovation plays a critical role in creating solutions, she developed Innofest into a platform where groundbreaking ideas can be tested in real-world festival environments. She previously worked as a commercial director at Greener Power Solutions, an energy tech scale-up. Alongside, Anna was part of the team of the festival Into The Great Wide Open and has held various board positions in cultural organizations.
