Anna Kilty is an Associate specialising in natural capital with over a decade of experience helping infrastructure organisations embed environmental value into strategic planning and investment decisions. She previously spent eight years at the Environment Agency, where she co authored the Environment and Society in Decision Making Water Sector guidance and led its implementation across the water industry. Since moving into consultancy, Anna has delivered natural capital accounts, ecosystem services valuations, prioritisation frameworks and research for clients across water, transport, defence and energy. She frequently leads technical development of proportionate, practical approaches that support regulatory expectations and real world delivery. Anna brings cross sector insight from early adopters of natural capital and BNG to help the energy sector integrate nature positive approaches at scale, with a focus on clarity, consistency and long term value for infrastructure, communities and the environment.
