Andrei Serban is the Co-Founder and CEO of Console, a San Francisco-based AI startup building the AI platform for IT — the force multiplier that resolves requests, runs operations, and keeps getting smarter. Console's AI agents automatically resolve IT support tickets for companies like Databricks, Figma, and Flock Safety. Before founding Console, Andrei held product and engineering roles at Rippling and Fuzzbuzz, studied Computer Science at the University of Waterloo, and was selected as a Thiel Fellow.
