Alan Tsoi is a Vice President of Originations with Wells Fargo’s Renewable Energy and Environmental Finance team. He currently leads due diligence for the bank’s tax equity investments in utility-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Prior to joining the Originations team, he also worked on the group’s Portfolio Management team and managed a ~2 GW portfolio of solar and wind investments. Previously, Alan held a role with NRG Energy’s Asset Management team, where he oversaw a fleet of 14 natural gas-fired power plants in California and Nevada. Alan holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Haas School of Business.
