Alan Pears AM has worked on a wide range of aspects of energy efficiency, productivity, program and policy development over four decades. He is a Senior Industry Fellow at RMIT and a Fellow at University of Melbourne, works with the Australian Alliance for Energy Productivity and is an honorary policy adviser to the Energy Efficiency Council.
