Air Products activities to accelerate Hydrogen Mobility is a multiyear, to meet the demand of an emerging market designed to overcome one of the hydrogen economy’s most critical barriers: the ability to transport and deliver hydrogen reliably across road, maritime, and aviation sectors. By providing liquid hydrogen that can serve multiple mobility markets, the activities enable fleet scale zero emission operations today while laying the foundation for future growth. Actual projects include Europe’s largest liquid hydrogen bus refuelling station for Metrobus in Crawley (UK); liquid hydrogen supply for Feadship’s world first hydrogen powered superyacht MRV Breakthrough (NL); a liquid hydrogen refuelling station for liquid fuelling of Mercedes Benz GenH2 for test fleets of Daimler Truck AG. In aviation, MoUs with major airports, airlines and OEMs - including Schiphol, Rotterdam The Hague Airport, KLM and Airbus - advance future hydrogen refuelling concepts. Together, these projects deliver a replicable blueprint for hydrogen mobility infrastructure worldwide.
