Ven is a Partner and AI & Data Analytics leader in KPMG’s Risk Consulting practice, with over 21 years of professional experience in data strategy, governance, building advanced data analytics, and process automation solutions across a wide range of business issues and industries. With over three decades of dedicated involvement in industrial robotics and automation, Philip Peloso brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. He currently serves as the Business Development Manager for Machine Tool Automation at KUKA Robotics, where he has spent over five years spearheading strategic initiatives with the company. His experience in the field of automation has been multifaceted, having founded and led two automation companies prior to his tenure at KUKA Robotics. This hands-on entrepreneurial experience has equipped him with an understanding of the needs and challenges faced by small to medium-sized enterprises operating in the automation space. Based at KUKA Robotics' US Headquarters in Shelby Township, MI, Philip operates at the core of innovation and industry, fostering collaborative partnerships with companies across North America and globally. Mateusz is a robotics and automation specialist with a strong background in advanced manufacturing and technical education. A graduate of Humber College’s Electromechanical Engineering Technology (Automation and Robotics) program, he has distinguished himself through technical excellence, national and international achievements, and a deep passion for mentoring the next generation of innovators. As a national and world representative at various Skills and ESYS competitions for Automation and Mechatronics, he brings both competitive and practical insights into high-performance industrial automation. His dedication to hands-on education led him to teaching roles and course development at multiple colleges, focusing on robotics, PLCs, and vision systems. Starting out as a mechanical structure assembler in a factory and quickly rising to a leadership role, Mateusz has worked with many platforms in both research and applied industrial scenarios. Professionally, he has worked with KUKA Robotics Canada for many years, contributing across a wide range of roles—primarily focusing on system integration, application support, robot configuration, and demo development. Mateusz has also worked extensively with KUKA’s Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), recently focusing on their newest platform. His work includes system setup, deployment, and supporting applications in material handling and machine tending. He continues to explore how mobile robotics can improve flexibility, efficiency, and safety in modern manufacturing.

Darren Gilbert is a Commercial Account Director at Export Development Canada, with deep expertise in international trade and finance. Tony Baines is Mazak's Application Manager, with more than 25 years of programming, setting and solving complex client issues in CNC's. He has worked in several different industries such as forestry, oil and gas, mining, agriculture, automotive, mold making, and aerospace. As Mazak's main contact in Applications, Tony helps Mazak's customers realize the full potential of their machine tools.

Marc Hasrouny is the President of Megatel CNC Solutions Inc., bringing nearly 30 years of experience in the machine tool distribution industry. Since joining Megatel in 1996, he has held progressive roles in logistics, finance, marketing, and operations—eventually leading the company’s national expansion and global supplier partnerships. Appointed President in 2020, Marc now drives business development and strategic growth, including launching a new U.S. venture focused on advanced CNC machining solutions. He also serves as President of the Canadian Machine Tool Distributor Association (CMTDA) and holds degrees in Physics and Business Administration.

Vince D'Alessio is President of Elliott Matsuura Canada Inc. and brings decades of experience in the machine tool industry. He has held leadership roles in application engineering, sales and marketing, and executive management. David Andrews is the General Manager of Mazak Canada, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in the machine tool and industrial sectors.
