Senarat Jayasekera is the Regional President/Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Singapore, a 176 year German conglomerate. He overlooks operations and bottom line profits for Wacker Neuson in the South East Asian and South Asian regions. Due to work experience in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Senarat Jayasekera is well versed in specialized applications such as precast concrete, soil and asphalt compaction not to mention the usage of state of the art equipment in the field of construction in “enclosed areas”. He also specializes in imparting know-how at seminars and conferences for pre-cast products for tunnels (metro), dams, high speed rail projects, break-waters and elevated highways. Additionally, he provides training on pre-cast applications as well as for concrete and soil consolidation.

Lee Jong Chin, with over 10 years of expertise in building technologies, spearheads the adoption of Carrier's Abound solution in this region. Passionate about advancing digital innovation in the HVAC industry, Jong Chin is committed to transforming building management through cutting-edge smart solutions.

Sam has accumulated over 40 years of experience in building services contracting and consulting in UK and Hong Kong. He has also enjoyed a teaching career as a lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where he taught various subjects, including mechanical and electrical engineering, air-conditioning, energy management, CAD modelling, instrumentation and control etc. Sam co-chaired the working group in developing Singapore Standard SS646 "Specification for water heaters for household use – Method for measuring energy performance” and participated in the revision of Singapore Standard SS530 "Code of practice for energy efficiency standard for building services and equipment". In 2011, he served as a consultant to the BCA Green Mark section, visiting VRF manufacturers' factories in Japan to verify the measured efficiencies of VRF systems.

Yin Chun has over 20 years of technical experience spanning electrical, electronic, and software engineering. His expertise extends across diverse domains, including PLC programming, front-end and back-end web development, and embedded system control. With a decade of industry consultancy, Yin Chun has successfully delivered a wide range of projects, such as remote monitoring platforms of sump pump system for the Thomson East Coast Line, embedded system for real time VRF COP measurement and intelligent control systems for efficient chilled water pumping. Beyond his project work, Yin Chun is passionate about knowledge sharing and is currently teaching on Software Quality Assurance for the Fintech industry.

Kapilesh Ajit Bhate is a young Civil Engineer from Pune, India. After consistently performing above average in his school and Junior college and representing India at the Guangzhou Asian Games in 2010 in Equestrian Sports, he completed his Civil Engineering degree from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune in 2012 as a Gold Medal Student, passing out of his College as the Best Outgoing Student across all the engineering branches of his batch. After gaining vital experience in Leading German Process and Management Consultancy - Ingenics, he settled down in the Family owned pioneering precast company of India - Precast India. He implemented ERP and BIM right from design and detailing, to procurement and planning. He has also completed some key end to end projects in their company which have received multiple National Level Awards from Indian Concrete Institute, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers, Institution of Engineers and Builder’s Association of India.

Lighting professional with 22 years of experience in lighting industry. Qualified Electrical Engineer with a strong passion for lighting and have developed a good techno commercial knowledge of lighting applications. Member of Singapore Standards working group for lighting TC34. Currently leading a team of lighting application specialist in Signify (formerly known as Philips Lighting). Mentor and coach for managers within Signify Asean specification community. Speaker in technical forums of Singapore Institute of Architects and institute of engineers.

Chinn has more than 30 years of experience in software and product implementations. He is the CEO of dConstruct Technologies, an AI and Robotics company — making smarter robots for a better world. Chinn was the Distinguished Engineer and Senior Director of the Smart National Platform Solutions Group in GovTech for 5.5 years. He was responsible for the overall management, including technical implementations for the Smart Nation Sensors Platform and Open Digital District. He also worked on the OneMapGPT for SLA before leaving the Government service. Prior to that, in 2014 the company Chinn founded was acquired by Autodesk. At Autodesk, Chinn was the lead strategist and software architect for products in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry. Chinn remains an entrepreneur at heart with investments in several companies.

Romanch has over 11 years of experience in Structural analysis and design, project management, construction support and supervision across Singapore and India. He is a Professional Engineer (Civil), Singapore with experience in Cut and Cover Tunnel Structures, Residential and Commercial Buildings, Airport structures, Industrial Plants and Retrofitting works. Some of the noticeable projects he has been a part of are Kim Chuan Depot Extension works (C821A), North South Corridor (N102 and N106), KV MRT Line 2, Methionine Plant construction for Evonik and Industrial complex (including LOBP and GMP plants) for Shell Eastern Petroleum Ltd.

Khalil is practitioner of design thinking and business transformation, constantly identifying and reviewing start-ups within the built environment industry to integrate and implement new and innovative technologies. He also a champion of learning and innovation culture, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams and stakeholders. He believe that adopting new technologies and innovative processes is key to achieving success and staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing world.He is always open to connecting with like-minded professionals and collaborating on transformative and impactful projects.Khalil is responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of the BSL Group's technology resources which include matters related to IT Operations, Digitalisation and Innovation and Cyber Security Data Protection.

Tessa Kwek is the Co-Founder of Millipede, a Singapore-based SaaS company that optimises any and every type of process in the Built Environment (BE) industry. By ingesting real-time, on-the-ground data, its mobile and web app provides BE professionals the information they need to save costs and boost productivity. Prior to starting Millipede, Tessa pursued her MBA at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. She started her career in both the public and private sector, with experiences building sustainable, design-driven real estate projects.

Wei Loong joined JTC Corporation in 2011 and has more than 20 years of projects experience both Singapore and internationally. He is currently the Group Director of Project Management and oversees a multitude of building and infrastructure projects for both JTC and various governmental developing agencies. Wei Loong is also responsible to drive the full digitalisation of development projects and championing construction sustainability within JTC.

Jash Mota is Co-Founder and CEO of Flywheel AI, a semi-autonomous construction equipment company based in Singapore. Jash has a background in robotics and systems engineering, and has previously built remote teleop solutions for organizations like Accenture and Indian Space Organization. Together with his cofounders, the team has deep experience in retrofitting heavy equipment and incrementally building autonomy in safety-critical industries.

Ray Khan comes with 20 years of experience managing regional projects in sectors such as Data-Centers, Sustainable Buildings, and Digitized Smart Cities, they also serve as a trainer for several Singapore Standards and IEC Codes.
