Ben is Chief Product and Technology Officer at Bright Software Group, with over 20 years of experience in the software industry. He has a strong background in consultancy, finance, sales, and software development, and has led high-performing teams across sectors. Since 2010, Ben has focused on Accountancy, Finance, Payroll, and ERP software. At Bright, he oversees product strategy and engineering across the full portfolio, combining deep industry knowledge with strategic leadership.

With over 22 years of experience in the accountancy profession, Steve has collaborated with the UK government, professional bodies, and leading fintech vendors to drive digital transformation. He has held key leadership roles at IRIS Software Group, shaping technology solutions that help accountants navigate change, improve efficiency, and unlock new opportunities. A strong advocate for process automation and strategic innovation, Steve helps firms understand how to leverage technology, workforce restructuring, and leadership strategies to thrive in an evolving profession.

Emma leads on ATT's tax technical and professional standards work, and heads up engagement with HMRC on MTD. She has presented many webinars and talks on the subject, and is the author of Bloomsbury Professional’s Making Tax Digital Tracker. Emma strongly believes in sharing her knowledge about her love of tax with others. She presents talks and webinars around the country, writes articles for leading publications and has appeared on Local and National Radio and Television to discuss tax issues, whilst also providing oral evidence to committees of the House of Lords and House of Commons.

Craig Ogilvie is a proud public servant with 20+ years of experience in Government. In 2020, he led the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme as Project Director, earning the APM’s Programme of the Year 2020. In October 2020, he joined the Cabinet Office, overseeing ‘End of EU Transition Services’. In April 2021, Craig became Senior Responsible Officer for HMRC’s Pensions, Payments, and Debt Transformation Programmes before leading HMRCs Data Transformation as SRO. Craig has led Making Tax Digital since October 2023. He shares a love of hiking with his wife Lorna and two sons Finlay and Everly.

Euan recently joined Bright Software Group as Head of AI and is responsible for building AI capabilities that truly deliver value to customers across the Bright product suite. Prior to joining Bright, Euan was Director of AI & Innovation at ContactEngine, a leading conversational AI vendor, where he built and led the AI team. Euan holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Oxford and has previously worked in management consulting.

David Winch has decades of experience in accountancy firms ranging from the global giant to the one-man band. Over the past 20 years he has focused on forensic accountancy related to crime and proceeds of crime and on AML compliance for accountancy firms. He is a well-recognised speaker and writer on these topics, where he provides practical and positive advice for fellow accountants and bookkeepers.

Jonathan began his career with a large regional accountancy firm in the Midlands, spending ten years as marketing and business development manager. In April 2022 he joined Bright as Brand Manager, leading the development of Bright’s brand and role within the accounting industry. Bright aims to be a one-stop shop for accounting software, and its brand must reflect its journey, values, and commitment to first-class service. Having worked his entire career with accountants, Jonathan is passionate about the profession and the tools that help firms achieve their goals.
