Zhenya joined Accel in 2023 and has a particular interest in AI, developer tooling, and workplace automation businesses. He has led Accel’s investments in Axle Energy, Polars and Recraft, and works closely with Framer and Lovable. Prior to Accel, Zhenya held roles in multiple Accel portfolio companies. Most recently, Zhenya was CRO at Miro where he ran a 700-person GTM team across 12 global offices. Prior to Miro, Zhenya was Segment’s COO.
