Wei Shan studied Occupational Therapy at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hong Kong SAR and graduated as MSc in 2012. She then joined Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore. She specialized in neurorehab and Return-To-Work. She was certified as “Certified Disability Management Professional” in Canada. Currently, she is the team lead of Occupational Therapist Neurorehab team in Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.
