Vito Lotta is an owner-side strategic hospitality advisor, working across owners, operators, brands, and creative teams. He brings clarity early, sets direction, and applies judgment so stakeholder priorities hold together and translate into strong performance and guest experience.   He operates from a simple principle that brand and design integrity must be preserved through execution.   He is brought in to define why a project matters and what it should become, and when it begins to drift. He sees where misalignment forms before it becomes visible, challenges assumptions, and shapes what’s possible. He identifies and activates the right architects and design teams, leading through design management to ensure the original intent holds as it moves through execution.   At Hilton, as Vice President of Architecture and Design, Vito helped shape new brands, including Signia, Curio Collection, and Tapestry Collection, and guided design across a portfolio.
