He joined PayPal from eBay more than 12 years ago, first as a Commercial Director in the UK and then as the Head of UK Commercial Growth & Business Operations. Vincent helped launch PayPal’s first free P2P service and scaled the product and go-to-market strategy across EMEA. Regarded for his employee and customer-centric approach to leadership, Vincent has helped elevate our presence in the UK with stakeholders, merchants, partners, and key customers. Vincent has played a key role in keeping employee morale up and uniting our UK team across all functions to win, work hard and deliver results for PayPal’s second biggest market globally.
