Vijay Varadarajan P.E., Senior Project Manager/AVP, has more than 25 years of transportation engineering, ITS and transformational technology experience that includes ITS and toll system planning/research, design, system integration, construction engineering, and project management. He has worked on several interesting initiatives including Personal delivery devices (PDD) policy, truck platoon policy, EV Mobility Plan, NEVI Procurement, AV/CV planning and implementation, and several others. Currently, he is leading the implementation of PennDOT's NEVI Program, SMART Grant, and V2X Implementation Plan.
