Victoria Oluwatobi Isa Daniel is a legal professional, academic researcher, and global mobility specialist at the intersection of international law, human rights, and workforce strategy. She serves as Global Mobility Immigration Manager at Deloitte Ireland, advising multinational organisations on cross-border talent deployment and immigration compliance. Victoria graduated top of her class from Maynooth University’s inaugural BCL Law and Criminology cohort and holds an LLM in International Human Rights and Public Policy from University College Cork. A recipient of the Irish Research Council Postgraduate Scholarship, she is currently pursuing her PhD at Maynooth University’s School of Law and Criminology. Her research has been published in the Refugee Survey Quarterly and the International Journal of Refugee Law, with policy contributions in association with Social Justice Ireland. A published contributor to RTÉ Brainstorm, Victoria has presented at national and international conferences. She is a One Young World Ambassador and currently serves as Chairperson of the Irish Universities Athletics Association.
