U-Kidd is a construction professional who started in architectural consultancy and now leads project delivery for clients covering a wide range of sectors including large scale township masterplans, complex mixed-use developments, luxury hotels, hi-tech industrial, data centres and commercial projects in the Asia region. He has over 20 years’ experience in property development lifecycle management – from identification of business development and land acquisitions, to product conception and design management, until construction and project close out. He currently heads the project management division of the Turner & Townsend Malaysia office. He brings with him expert understanding in the set-up of major commissions, leading large multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams, and has a strong appreciation of systems and processes which leads to the successful delivery of projects.
