Trang Bui is the Country Head of Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam, a global real estate services firm that focuses on delivering exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. In this role, she oversees management and business activities across the market and drives strategic initiatives for the Vietnam office to enhance business development and capture transaction opportunities. Trang has over 18 years of extensive and diverse commercial real estate advisory experience, and has closed over USD300 million worth of transactions, including some of the highest- profile development and investment deals on the market for the past 3 years. Trang is passionate about growing the market as a whole and assisting sustainable capital deployment. She is curently leading a total of USD2.5 billion advisory and capital attraction activities in Vietnam for 2022. She is an active keynote speaker at real estate conferences in Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, China, and the United States. Passionate about building and nurturing the community, she led one of the first D&I campaigns focusing on equality for a global corporate company in Vietnam. Trang Bui also provided advisory and transactional services for Advisory in Australia Vietnam Young Leadership Dialog (AVYLD) 2022.
