She has also served as Head of Terminals and Head of Security &ndash; Terminals.<br /> Her career in the airport industry began in 2013, with leadership roles such as Head of Cabin Crew at British Airways and Head of Service at ABM. Prior to that, she held retail leadership positions at John Lewis and M&amp;S.</p>
