Tom Perks

In his role as a Senior Project Officer in the Infrastructure Team at the Greater London Authority, Tom manages the London Heat Map, an interactive mapping application that facilitates the planning, delivery and operation of heat networks in London. Prior to the GLA, Tom worked as a GIS Analyst at environmental consultancies, supporting a range of projects with data collection, processing and visualisation. Tom joined the AGI Early Careers Network as an event coordinator in 2020, to support fellow early career professionals in the geospatial sector and is currently Co-chair, supporting the committee with delivering an action-packed 2026!
