<p>Tiffany has extensive experience in the care sector, previously managing 50 clients before joining Walfinch in April 2021 as a franchisee to run her own business. Tiffany now supports clients across Mansfield with a dedicated team of 36 carers. Achieving a turnover of almost &pound;750,000 in her second year, and winning several awards, Tiffany now plans to double the size of her home care business within three years creating a further 50 local jobs and supporting a further 70-80 clients.</p> <p>Tiffany was named as the British Franchise Association brand ambassador and Franchisee Champion in 2022/3, participating in podcasts and articles to promote franchising as a whole. &nbsp;</p> <p>Walfinch Mansfield also actively supports the community with kids&rsquo; football team sponsorship, plus donations and volunteering with local charities including the John Eastwood Hospice.</p>
