After deciding to make a career pivot after 18 years in Retail Operations Management, Tia Eskandari set a goal of obtaining her PMP in the security industry. As Sr. Director of National Field Service, Tia is responsible for standards governance, service excellence, and service automation design & refinement at Allied Universal Technology Services. After joining her current company, she learned about SIA through a colleague and joined the SIA Women in Security Forum in 2022. Tia is also a co-chair for the AmplifyHer sub-committee for SIA Women in Security Forum, which recently awarded six scholarships worth $7,500 each to this year’s winners.
