Originally from Pennsylvania, Thomas Shaw comes from a background in retail and technology sales. Shaw joined springbig’s Boca Raton team in 2017 as one of their first 7 employees. During his time as Account Executive, Shaw grew springbig’s client base from 30 retailers to over 200 in just one year, while growing and shaping the entire customer-facing team. Currently, Shaw manages the Sales Development team as well as managing strategic partnerships with other cannabis companies. In his role, Shaw is responsible for overseeing springbig’s sales growth, as sell as maintaining and growing partnerships.
