Thomas Bauer, P.E., PTOE, is the Vice President, V2X Sales for Miovision. Prior to its acquisition by Miovision, he was the CEO and founder of Traffic Technology Services. He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), traffic engineering, transportation planning, and traffic software development. He is the inventor of numerous patents in the V2X space. Thomas holds master’s degrees in transportation engineering from Oregon State University and civil engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany and is a registered professional engineer in the State of Oregon.
