Thibault Roucou joined Deezer in 2013 as a data engineer to develop the internal royalty calculation software. During five years, he learned about the music industry and improved his knowledge of how royalty distribution works. Since 2018, he has been the head of royalties and reporting at Deezer, and is in charge of the supply chain, management and improvement of distribution channels for all rights owners globally, from metadata to royalty distribution, to recording and publishing.
