Sylvain is Deputy Director of Export Services within EDF’s International New Nuclear Development Department. He joined EDF in 2005 and has since held a variety of strategic roles across the Group. He began his career as an Electrical Equipment Purchaser for EDF’s Electricity Distribution Networks (Enedis and European subsidiaries), before moving to the Commercial Division, where he developed tailored offers to help individual customers better understand and manage their electricity consumption, and support them in the energy renovation of their homes. Building on this experience, Sylvain expanded his focus to industrial clients, major French and European corporations, and government ministries, serving as Key Account Manager. In this role, he delivered customized solutions addressing critical energy challenges, including electricity and gas supply contracts, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), energy efficiency and decarbonization strategies, electric mobility, and renewable energy.
