Suzanne is our national Head of Real Estate and leads our UK based real estate team. She works with clients in delivering major mixed use and residential projects (including strategic land, joint ventures and regeneration). Suzanne particularly specialises in the development of home ownership products, working with both public and private sector clients. During her career, Suzanne has worked extensively with the sector in supporting wider thinking around the diversification of tenures. She was part of the MHCLG's Build to Rent joint committee – an initiative to promote the development of the emerging Build to Rent sector – and has also worked with the National Sales Group and the Shared Ownership Council to support increased access to homeownership. Alongside her role on the Trowers' strategic board, Suzanne is a board member for the Future of Greater Manchester – an organisation focused on building leadership skills for the sector. She is also a Business Representative on the board of the Our Manchester Forum and on the editorial panel of ThinkHouse – an initiative to raise awareness on new research on housing issues.
