Steve was appointed as MD, Payables & Receivables within Client Products in Q4 2020. This role is responsible for delivering the Commercial Banking payments strategy, including developing products and propositions spanning physical, electronic and card acquiring (Cardnet) payment types. Steve joined LBG in October 2014 and has successfully undertaken four senior leadership roles in Global Transaction Banking – MD Payables & Receivables, MD Payments, MD Products and MD Propositions. The two later roles included the full suite of GTB Products including Invoice Finance, Asset Finance, Trade & Supply Chain Finance and Cash Management & Payments. Prior to joining LBG, Steve spent c15 years with RBS performing senior leadership roles spanning global transactions services (GTS), financial markets and corporate banking.
