Mr. Novosad is a Fellow for HNTB; working in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Connected Vehicle (CV), and System and Software Implementations. He has over 42 years of experience in systems and software implementations. He has over 27 years of ITS experience and over 22 years of CV experience. He supports clients in the planning and implementation of ITS and CV deployments. He is member of ITS America’s V2X technical committees. He is the Vice Chair OmniAir and sits on multiple V2X committees.
