<p>Stephanie Garforth is an Organisational Psychologist and workplace culture specialist with more than 17 years' experience helping organisations create healthier, more inclusive and high-performing workplaces. She currently serves as Head of Culture Change at ASOS, leading strategic initiatives that drive organisational transformation, employee experience and sustainable culture development at scale.</p> <p>Alongside her corporate leadership role, Stephanie holds Non-Executive Director position at a CIC and advises organisations on workplace wellbeing, leadership, organisational effectiveness and culture change. She is currently undertaking Professional Doctorate studies, bringing academic rigour alongside practical business insight to her work.</p> Stephanie is recognised for her ability to translate strategy into meaningful organisational change, helping leaders connect business priorities with the lived experiences of their people. Her work explores the intersection of wellbeing, identity, inclusion, culture and performance, with a particular focus on creating environments where individuals can thrive while contributing to sustainable organisational success.
