Stephanie currently serves as the Managing Director of Event Strategy at the Water Environment Federation, where she leads the strategic vision and execution of WEF’s event portfolio—including WEFTEC, one of the largest annual water quality conferences in the world, drawing more than 20,000 attendees. Stephanie is a recognized voice in the association and events community. She is an active member of ASAE, PCMA, and IAEE, and was selected as a Diversity Executive Leadership Scholar after completing ASAE’s accelerated leadership program in 2018. A proud Washington, DC native, Stephanie holds a degree in economics from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She also brings a wealth of professional credentials to her work, including the Certified Association Executive (CAE), Certified Meeting Professional Fellow (CMP), and Sustainable Event Professional (SEPC) designations.
