<p>Solange Chamberlain is Chief Executive Officer of NatWest&rsquo;s Retail Banking business, leading the strategy, performance and operations of one of the UK&rsquo;s largest retail franchises, serving over 20 million customers. She also oversees the bank&rsquo;s payments businesses, driving digital innovation to enhance customer experience and financial inclusion.</p> <p>Solange has deep experience in strategic transformation, digital delivery and balance sheet management. Prior to this role, she was NatWest&rsquo;s Group Director of Strategic Development, working with the executive team to shape and deliver the bank&rsquo;s strategy, including its Climate and Sustainable Banking agenda.</p> <p>She previously served as Chief Operating Officer for the Commercial &amp; Institutional franchise, helping integrate services across customers from entrepreneurs to global corporates, and represented the Group on the RBS International Board.</p> <p>Before joining NatWest in 2019, Solange held senior roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Lazard, Citigroup and Perella Weinberg. She holds a first-class degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London and lives in London with her family.</p>
