Simon Lewis is a partner in transatlantic law firm Womble Bond Dickinson. He is also a nima Vice Chair and a member of the IMI Task Group. He was part of the drafting team that produced the template information management protocols for ISO 19650 parts 2 and 3 and contributes to legal guidance aspects of the UKBIM Framework. He is also Vice Chair for IM4Legal, which provides regular updates and webinars for the legal sector on the legal and contractual aspects of Information Management. He has over 35 years' experience in the construction sector and advises both public and private sector clients. He is also closely involved with building safety issues, chairs the firm's Building Safety Working Group and is a member of the BAC Golden Thread Working Group.
