With extensive experience in high-rise buildings, cultural projects, infrastructure, Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), master planning, and healthcare, Shao-wei has been instrumental in driving ZHA's growth in these dynamic regions. He has successfully overseen a number of significant projects, including ZHA's first 300-meter super high-rise, the Nanjing International Youth Cultural Centre, and the iconic Beijing Daxing Airport, known as China's new gateway. His leadership has also been pivotal in the development of the Navi Mumbai Airport in India, the Zhengzhou East Headquarters masterplan, and the Taipei Danjiang Bridge, the world's largest asymmetrical cable-stayed bridge.
