Dr. Selma Carvalho, MBBS, MSc, Level 7 Diploma in Injectables Medical Physician - Skin Ageing & Aesthetics Specialist - Cosmetic Scientist - Injectable Practitioner. Dr. Selma Carvalho is a highly qualified and passionate medical professional dedicated to the fields of skin ageing, aesthetics, and cosmetic science. She completed her medical degree at Nova Medical School in Lisbon, Portugal, where her interest in skin and aesthetics first began to flourish. Following her medical training, Dr. Carvalho gained valuable experience working as a General Practitioner, during which she developed a keen interest in skin health and aesthetic treatments. Driven by her passion, she pursued advanced studies to deepen her expertise: she earned a MSc in Cosmetic Science from Liverpool John Moores University and a MSc in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Science from the University of Manchester. To further refine her skills in aesthetic medicine, she completed a Level 7 diploma in Injectables at the Harley Academy in London. Dr. Carvalho is a proud member of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists (SCS) and the International Peeling Society (IPS). She is licensed to practice medicine in two countries, allowing her to bring a broad and informed perspective to her work.
