Sébastien Matty has been Chief Executive Officer of GA Smart Building since 2014. He leads a distinctive real estate group, recognized as a pioneer and market leader in off-site construction, with a shareholding structure that reflects strong employee ownership (60%). With nearly three decades of experience in the construction and real estate sector, he began his career as a Site Engineer in 1996, before moving into commercial and executive leadership roles within Bouygues Bâtiment Île-de-France. He notably served as Director of Elan in 2004, and later as General Manager of Bouygues Bâtiment IDF Private Construction from 2007. Board member of the French Off-Site Construction Association (Filière Hors Site France), he is strongly committed to accelerating the transformation of the construction and real estate industry, promoting a more industrialized, sustainable and responsible model.
