Scott I. Perley is Vice President of Program Management at Iteris, where he leads transportation analytics programs supporting traffic operations, performance measurement, and connected and commercial vehicle systems. With more than 25 years of experience in transportation technology, data analytics, and software delivery, he works closely with public agencies to deploy data driven solutions that improve mobility, safety, signal and system performance across North America and internationally. Scott’s work spans enterprise analytics platforms and cloud based solutions, including Iteris’ ClearGuide® products, with a focus on applying connected vehicle data to operational and performance management use cases. Prior to joining Iteris, he held technical roles in the U.S. Senate, served as a federal agency consultant, and worked with a national digital mapping and traffic data firm. He holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from Colby College.
