<p>Scott Hammerle is the Director for the AAA Diamond Program. He is a long-time hospitality and hotel industry veteran with companies such as Disney and Wyndham. He has led a revitalization of the 87-year-old AAA inspection program, including the development of a new long-range strategy, addition of ATP surface testing, adding new countries, and creation of a consulting program. Scott joined AAA as the Director of Consumer Insights and was previously VP of Analytics, Workforce Management, and Business Intelligence for Wyndham Vacation Ownership as well as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. This blend of operations experience and analytical mindset have allowed him to re-build and re-design multiple lines of business to become a true transformational leader.</p>
