Sandra Green is a nurse, originally from Nicaragua, where she worked as the Director of Nursing overseeing four health centers. Before joining the Alzheimer’s Association, she worked as the Director of Resident Services and as a staff trainer in residential care facilities for older adults. At the Alzheimer’s Association, she works as a family care specialist and is a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team. Sandra also collaborates to offer Spanish educational programs about the disease, for the Hispanic/Latino community.
