Samuel Fonseca de Carvalho is a Brazilian attorney and legal consultant who completed his LL.M. in Environmental Law with a specialization in Energy and Climate Change Law at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. He serves as the Written Content Vice Chair for both the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (ABA SEER) Climate Change Committee and ESG & Sustainability Committee.
