Dr. Sadia Afrin Khan is a research scientist in the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) at the US Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Khan received her Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from Jackson State University in 2013. Her research interest includes analysis of nanomaterial, nanomaterial-based assay for toxin detection as well as characterization of nanoparticle in food additives.
