Roxana Dela Fiamor is Global Policy Lead at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), where she represents the organization in global climate and sustainable buildings policy initiatives. She works with international partners to bridge policy and market practice, advancing holistic solutions that support decarbonization, climate adaptation, healthy indoor environments, and biodiversity. Before joining USGBC, she was a senior researcher at the climate think tank E3G, leading strategic engagement in key EU countries to demonstrate the financial feasibility of building decarbonization and promote affordable, sustainable housing. Roxana Dela has published numerous articles and op-eds and spoken at major European conferences. She has previously co-founded a company focused on sustainable real estate in Rwanda and holds advanced degrees in law, environmental policy, and impact assessment. Roxana Dela is based in Brussels.
