Ms Roslyn Bailey is a career firefighter with over 22 years of experience with Fire and Rescue NSW. She is a highly qualified and experienced rescue operator and has played a major role in developing programs for ongoing skills maintenance within the organisation. Since taking on the role of Station Officer, Roslyn has developed a strong professional interest in the wellbeing of firefighters under her command, and beyond, and is constantly striving to find ways to contribute in this space. She was a key contributor to the FRNSW Peri/Menopause Toolkit and is currently working with colleagues in the development of further initiatives for women’s health.
