Following her studies in medicine at the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, Dr. Mendoza completed her training in internal medicine at Chinese General Hospital in the same country. She subsequently commenced a fellowship in adult cardiology at the Philippine Heart Center, which she successfully completed in 2023.
