Aries Technology has been serving this sector since 1996 with one of the most innovative, wide area, downloadable, real-time interactive gaming networks. Mr. Harris has been a driving force behind the development of state-of-the-art Class II technical and control standards. He holds a BSBA in Economics and Marketing Management from Missouri Southern State University and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Arkansas.</p>
