This session presents results from the PUREST randomized controlled trial evaluating the PureWick™ System for home-based nocturnal urinary incontinence management compared with a well-established external urine management device. Attendees will gain insights into study design, efficacy outcomes, skin-safety findings, tolerability, patient-reported experience, and implications for advancing independent continence care in the home setting. The session is designed to support Advanced Practice Urology Nurses in applying evidence-based approaches to device selection, reimbursement, patient counseling, and real-world management strategies.
