Earlier in his career, he worked in senior analytics and insight roles at EY, SDL, Symphony IRI Group, Nielsen, and GfK, spanning the consumer goods, professional services and technology sectors.<br /> <br /> Richard specialises in using data, advanced analytics and AI to drive decision making, operational efficiency and sustainable business growth at scale.
