Reza Nekouie Esfahani has >8 years’ experience in laser applications development for a wide variety of industries including 3D printing of electronics, electrification ad net-zero automotive, and energy both in academia and Industry. Reza is currently a Senior Research Engineer at the MTC where he is responsible for laser surface engineering leadership, roadmap, proposal writing for IUK/EPSRC, and project delivery of MTC’s laser material processing technologies. He has obtained an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, MSc in advanced manufacturing technologies from the university of Manchester and a Ph.D. in laser material processing from Loughborough University, Loughborough, UK.
