Renée E. Stalmeijer is an associate professor in the department of educational development and research and the school of health professions education within the faculty of health, medicine and life sciences at Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Her research explores how to better prepare healthcare trainees for interprofessional collaborative practice through the lens of workplace learning, socio-cultural learning theories, and qualitative methodology. She is the program director for the Master of Health Professions Education at Maastricht University and teaches qualitative research methodology.
