Irina Gabriela Rădulescu is a professor and Doctor of Science at the University of Oil and Gas in Ploiești, Faculty of Economic Sciences. She is also Vice-President of the Export Business Center Association in Bucharest, a member of the coordination team of the European Digital Innovation Hub – Wallachia eHub for the South Muntenia region, and cluster manager of the Danube Engineering Hub. As a member and coordinator, she is involved in national and international projects related to international trade, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation processes. She is an expert in international trade at the Export Business Center in Ploiești (Prahova County) and in ecological agriculture within the project “Integrated Export Services for SMEs in Romania,” funded through the Swiss-Romanian Cooperation Programme aimed at reducing economic and social disparities within the enlarged European Union. She has also completed certified courses in areas such as e-commerce content creation (SME Trade Academy / International Trade Centre), new trends in international trade and investment (Institute of Economics and Business Administration, Technical University of Lisbon), and political economy of trade policy and development (University of Milan / Centre for Economic Policy Research).
