Oliviero Baccelli (born 1971) is a Transport Economist with a degree in Economics from Bocconi University and an MSc in Maritime Economics and Logistics from Erasmus University and Rotterdam School of Management. He is Director of the MEMIT Master in Transport, Logistics and Infrastructure and leads the Transport Area at GREEN. He teaches four courses in Transport Economics and has authored numerous scientific articles and books. He regularly presents at seminars and workshops. Baccelli serves on the boards of TELT, ATM, and SIET, reflecting his expertise in transport policy and infrastructure at national and international levels.
